28.11.2024 ATHENS – Panoramic city tour with optional Acropolis entry

Breakfast. Panoramic tour of Athens by coach: Omonia Square, the famous Syntagma Square, the Parliament, University, Academy, National Library, Olympic Stadium, the site of the first modern Olympics in 1896. Optional entry to the Acropolis, with a presentation by a Greek guide speaking Romanian (entrance fee: 10 euros/person, free for those under 25). We recommend a pleasant walk from the Acropolis to Monastiraki, Plaka, and Syntagma Square to watch the changing of the guard in front of the Hellenic Parliament. Shopping in the pedestrian area of central Athens. Accommodation at a 4* hotel in Athens.

Breakfast. Optional spectacular day cruise in the Saronic Gulf (Aegean Sea), visiting the islands of Aegina (with an optional visit to the Monastery of Saint Nectarios, payment on the cruise ship) and the Temple of Athena, Poros Island, and the famous Hydra Island, known for its numerous romantic, comedy, or adventure film productions. Accommodation at a 4* hotel in Athens.

30.11.2024 ATHENS – Optional excursion to the Peloponnese – Argolis Tour with lunch included

Breakfast. Optional early morning excursion to the Peloponnese (Argolis Tour), including the Isthmus and Corinth Canal, Mycenae, with an optional visit to the Palace and Tomb of the Atrid Dynasty, Epidaurus – the spectacular ancient amphitheater with the best acoustics in the world (entrance included). Stop in Nafplio, the Venetian-built port city and Greece's first capital after liberation from the Ottomans. Lunch is included in the optional excursion price. Accommodation at a 4* hotel in Athens.

01.12.2024 ATHENS – Optional excursion to the Oracle of Delphi with lunch included – BUCHAREST

Breakfast. Optional excursion, departing at 07:30 with check-out and luggage collection, accompanied by a Romanian-speaking Greek guide, on a spectacular route to the Oracle of Delphi, just 150 km from Athens. The Oracle of Delphi was for centuries one of the central points of Greek religion. The temple was located in Phocis and was mainly dedicated to Apollo. The Oracle was consulted for political or domestic issues and enjoyed significant prestige in the ancient Greek world. It is the ideal place to learn about your future! Lunch is included in the excursion. For those not participating in this excursion, rooms will be vacated by 12:00, and luggage storage is available in a designated area of the hotel. Transfer by coach to the airport for boarding TAROM flight RO274, departing from Athens at 18:05 and arriving in Bucharest Otopeni at 19:40.
