Meet at Bucharest Henri Coandă Airport at 03:00 AM and check in for flight LO 644, departing at 05:25 AM to Warsaw. Arrival in Warsaw at 06:10 local time, transit through the terminal, and boarding flight LO 425 to Lisbon, departing at 10:15 AM local time. 19.04.2025 Lisbon – Included panoramic city tour and optional New Lisbon tour
Breakfast. Depart for the panoramic tour of Lisbon (approx. 4 hours) with a Romanian group escort. The panoramic tour includes a visit to the Belem district with its most beautiful historical monuments from the 15th-16th centuries, a brief stop at the Belem Tower, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Jerónimos Monastery, a masterpiece of "Manueline" style. A short stop is made to visit the monastery church and to buy a coffee “uma bica” and a “pastel de nata” – a traditional Portuguese dessert, followed by a visit to the Alfama district, where we visit the Church of St. Anthony of Lisbon, the same as St. Anthony of Padua. The route includes the most important squares of the city: Praca Rossio, Praca Restauradores, Praca do Commercio. After the included tour concludes at lunch, you may optionally continue with a minimal extra charge to the new area of Lisbon, built for the 1998 World Exhibition. Here you can admire Oriente Station, Vasco da Gama Mall, the Oceanarium (entry not included), and the Vasco da Gama Bridge. Breakfast. Free time or optional excursion (8 hours) to Sintra-Cabo Da Roca–Cascais-Estoril. The tour begins with a visit to Sintra, the former summer residence of the royal family, visiting the National Palace (optional entry) or, if time allows, an optional visit to Pena Palace - situated on a hill and being the most beautiful and colorful palace in the area. Explanations are given outside the museums. The route continues to Cabo de Roca - the westernmost point of continental Europe, where you can purchase a certificate confirming your visit to this significant geographical point. The journey continues to Boca do Inferno and the renowned Cascais - a fishing "village" with wonderful coves flanked by cliffs, offering a magnificent panorama of the Atlantic Ocean. In Estoril, you can admire the largest Casino in Europe, the birthplace of the character James Bond - agent 007. In the evening, optionally, we propose "An Evening of Fado." Fado is the soul music of the Portuguese, especially of the Lisboetas. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of Fado singers – the descendants of Queen Amalia Rodrigues, in a tranquil atmosphere. 21.04.2025 Lisbon - Optional excursion to Azeitao, Sesimbra, and Setubal, local wine tasting
Breakfast. Optional excursion to the region south of Lisbon. Visit Sesimbra - a typical fishing town, flanked by the medieval castle from the 12th century. Not far from Sesimbra is Cape Espichel. The road continues through the Arrabida Mountains and the city of Setubal, where you can enjoy superb views of the ocean. The city is dotted with parks, terraces, and restaurants, and one of the most interesting buildings is the Church of St. Julian. On the way back, there is a stop at a famous location known for its wineries, where you can taste the old "Muscatel" wine. Accommodation at MASA CAMPO GRANDE 4* hotel.
22.04.2025 Lisbon – Optional excursion to Obidos – Nazare - Fatima
Breakfast. Full-day optional excursion (8 hours) - Obidos - Nazare – Fatima. Visit the medieval town of Obidos, with its white houses and wrought-iron balconies, where you can taste the famous chocolate cups filled with ginginha (sour cherry liqueur), after which the route continues to Nazare – a fishing village famous for the layered skirts of its women. The highlight of the excursion is the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima - the most famous pilgrimage site in Portugal, where several apparitions of the Virgin Mary occurred in 1917. Breakfast. Check out of the rooms and transfer to Lisbon airport. Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure and board flight LOT LO426 to Warsaw, departing at 14:25 local time.
