Great accommodation and super nice staff. Beautiful resort. My only comment would be to state upfront the Green Tax and transfer charges which were a $1K surprise on checkout

I was unable to go to the property since since I tried to contact the property before my stay about a week in advance and did not receive any response until about 10hours before I was supposed to fly out. The response I received was an automated one that stated the hotel was closed . I only received this response after several attempts to contact the hotel. I have since then continued to try and contact the hotel with still no response. Expedia was also not helpful saying they could only offer me a refund if I got a hold of the hotel, even after I explained I haven’t been able t get a hold of the hotel for a week - week and a half and that the only response I did get was an automated one that stated they were close and that was the first time I was informed of that even though my flight was supposed to take off in less than 10 hours. Overall I am sure the property is nice ans it is good to know they value their employees and their customers safety but the lack of communication and ability to work with customers to reschedule or refund and notify them of the closure is absolutely horrible.

Rooms were very clean and facilities very nice in good condition. Customer service missing sometimes in the bars, pools or restaurants. For example, we asked them to restock pool towels 5 times in one day and it still never happened. Overall highly recommended!

Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 75 minutes via a flight to Gan International Airport (GAN) and then 10 minutes by speedboat to the resort. Guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 14 days before their expected arrival to guarantee transfers. Guests must pay the domestic flight fee and the speedboat fee upon arrival at the hotel. Luggage over 20 kg/person (below 2 years old/no seat or baggage allowance) may incur a fee, payable to the flight company during flight check-in. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
